Reservation Instructions

Theatre Room

Click on any available time to make a booking for the Theater Room. You may book up to three hours in a block. Reservations can only be made by current tenants. Two bookings up to three hours per week is allowed per apartment (no more than a total of 3 hours per week per apartment). If you do need to book the room more than a week in advanced, contact the managers for approval.

If the Theater Room is open and there are no reservations, you are welcome to use it.

THE THEATER ROOM CAN ONLY BE RESERVED FOR GROUPS OF FOUR OR MORE PEOPLE—IF ONLY ONE COUPLE - USE YOUR OWN LIVING ROOM OR COMMON AREA

Kitchenette

There is a limit of 3 hours per apartment per week.

Conference Room

Click on any time to make a booking.

2 hours maximum.

Activity Room

Click on any available time to make a booking.

Please remember that quiet hours are in effect after 10pm until 10 am.

Each apartment can only book up to 3 hours per week for this amenity.
